Welcome to StartupForStartups (the “Service”), operated by Julio Labs (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service available at https://startupforstartups.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

5.1 Billing

Paid features, if any, require a valid payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with prior notice. Continued use after new pricing becomes effective constitutes acceptance.

5.4 Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

6. User Content and Ownership

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all Content you upload or create.

6.2 License to Us

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit your Content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of your Content.

7. Data, Privacy & Security

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.3 Data Export & Deletion

Upon request or account closure:

You may export your data within 30 days.
After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Maintenance

We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or upgrades.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your Account at any time.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your Account if you:

Violate these Terms,
Misuse the Service,
Fail to pay overdue fees (if applicable).

11.3 Effects of Termination

Your license to use the Service ends.
Your data may be deleted after 30 days.
No refunds will be issued.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
